Terms of delivery

​We ensure delivery of goods throughout Latvia within 3-5 days. The delivery fee is 3 € for a shipment not exceeding 30 kg and dimensions 39x38x64. The product is shipped after receiving the prepayment. Goods are delivered using the parcel services of Omniva, SIA.

We deliver goods outside of Latvia in approximately 15-30 days. The cost of delivery, for a shipment that does not exceed 30 kg and dimensions 39x38x64, depends on the receiving country. Please contact us to coordinate shipping costs for selected items. The product is shipped after receiving the prepayment. Goods are delivered using the door-to-door courier services of Omniva, SIA or Latvijas Pasts.

Terms of exchange

  1. By concluding a distance contract with muzejaveikals.lv holder "Design information center", SIA, i.e. when making a purchase in the online store muzejaveikals.lv, you can use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods. The right of refusal does not apply to legal entities.

  2. The term of the right of withdrawal is counted from the day when the product is in your possession.

  3. You have the right to try the product in question during the exercise of the right of withdrawal to make sure that it meets your needs and wishes, i.e. i. the right to use the product to the extent necessary for testing the product (as it could be done before purchasing the product in the store in person).

  4. Using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the product, if it exceeds the intended purpose of testing the product, as well as for the use of the product within the period of use of the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the value, quality and decrease in safety.

  5. When returning the product, you must provide packaging for transporting the product, as well as attach a completed cancellation form.

  6. If you use the right of refusal and it is not related to the non-compliance of the relevant product or service with the terms of the contract, then it is your responsibility to cover the costs associated with sending the product back.

  7. If you use the right of refusal, muzejaveikals.lv is obliged to make the payment for the purchase as early as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days from the day you sent a written refusal, making it only to the bank account specified in the refusal form.

  8. To use the right of cancellation, you can return the product together with the cancellation form by delivering or sending it to the LNMM museum store, Jaņa Rozentāla square 1, Riga. When returning the product through Latvijas Pasts, you must provide appropriate transportation packaging - the original packaging of the product must be packed in another transportation package. Goods weighing up to 20 kg can be returned via Latvijas Pasts.
